1. Large original image

The image should be the original, and as large as possible and try to avoid screenshots where possible.

2. Good quality headshot

A nice portrait headshot, good quality and not blurry.

3. Natural lighting

The subject is facing forward and the image is captured in natural light with no harsh shadows.

4. No Edits Needed

Please do not crop or re-size the image, we will use professional software and techiques to make the iamges ready for the book.

Most images are compressed when taken by a device or sent digitally, so your images maybe modified, edited, or cropped to improve them ready for print.
